Its published city list has included Havana, Matanzas, Varadero, Cárdenas, Santa Clara, Cienfuegos, Holguín, and Trinidad, but that coverage information is old and must not be treated as a current guarantee. The operating reality changes with fuel, electricity, internet access, merchant stock, and courier supply. Recent 2026 reports show that some Cuban delivery companies temporarily stopped whole provinces, changed available items from moment to moment, or delivered only in Havana and a few other areas. Mandao itself has recent complaints about missing products and refund problems, although other users report successful deliveries. A foreign card may be processed outside Cuba, but the store claim does not guarantee that a particular issuer, location, or order will succeed. If a traveler chooses to try it, use a small non-urgent order only after confirming the accommodation accepts deliveries, pin the exact entrance, keep the phone reachable, choose food that is safe during a power cut, and screenshot the order and refund terms. Do not rely on delivery for the first meal, a medical diet, an allergy, or food needed before travel. Ask the casa or hotel what is actually open and stocked that day. Current shortages and refrigeration failures mean direct confirmation is more valuable than a broad catalog.
