A Cambodian visa and the e-Arrival submission are separate. Visa eligibility, fee, permitted port and supporting documents depend on the traveler's passport and purpose. Apply only through evisa.gov.kh or the appropriate Cambodian embassy, and avoid paid lookalike sites. The current official mobile eVisa app has very poor recent completion reports, so the government website is the safer recommendation.
Air passengers arriving at Phnom Penh, Siem Reap or Sihanoukville must submit Cambodia e-Arrival within the seven days before arrival. The form is free. Use arrival.gov.kh or the current General Department of Immigration app, save the QR or confirmation offline, and do not pay a third party for the form. Land-entry processes differ, and the e-Arrival form does not establish that a border crossing is open.
For Angkor Archaeological Park, buy only from Angkor Enterprise. Official 1, 3 and 7 day passes are available online; longer passes require a face image, and the digital ticket can be shown on a phone. The official Angkor app exists, but current store reviews report payment failures, so use the website if the app does not complete checkout. Verify the visit date, pass type and image before paying, save the ticket offline, dress with shoulders and knees covered at religious sites, and check current access conditions rather than assuming every temple or border-area attraction is open.
