It does not make Passer a nationwide inventory. Current user reports also describe account, refund and schedule bugs, service fees, and tickets that require the live app rather than a screenshot. Keep mobile data available, save the receipt separately and arrive early enough to buy from the official counter if validation fails. Other operators sell through their own websites, through a different vendor, at a terminal counter or directly on board. Carry colones and a second payment card, and confirm whether a reserved seat applies to the whole route or only a boarding point. Check the exact San José terminal because several companies depart from different parts of the city. Keep passports, money, medication and electronics with you, watch bags during stops and collect any luggage receipt. For remote destinations, late arrivals or a flight connection, compare a registered shared shuttle or domestic flight and verify the provider through the ICT directory.
