Current store reviews show that the app can be unstable, so save the ticket offline and use the official website or station counter if booking or payment fails. Do not assume that a Touch 'n Go card is valid as the ticket for a reserved ETS journey. For intercity coaches and selected ferries, redBus is a practical search and booking intermediary with active Malaysian inventory. It is not the bus or ferry operator. Confirm the actual carrier, departure terminal, boarding point, luggage rules and whether a printed terminal boarding pass or separate counter fee is required. Recent travelers report that terminal handling of third-party tickets is inconsistent, including at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan, so a QR confirmation should not be treated as universal direct boarding. Compare the route with the terminal or operator's own sales channel. Leave enough time to find the bay and collect any required pass. For a connection to an airport, train or ferry, avoid a tight separate-ticket itinerary. Weather can disrupt island boats, and a platform confirmation cannot make an unsafe sailing operate.
