Pick.A.Roo remains active but is a smaller option centered on Metro Manila, with restaurants, groceries and premium retail. It is a backup for a specific merchant, not a replacement for both larger services.
Enter the exact hotel entrance or condominium lobby before browsing because inventory and fees are address-specific. Add a recognizable landmark in the delivery note and keep the phone reachable. International cards usually work more reliably in Grab than in local wallets, but both major delivery services can reject a foreign online transaction. Cash on delivery is therefore an important fallback; prepare small notes and message ahead if only a large bill is available.
Heavy rain and the evening rush can remove riders and turn an estimated delivery into a long wait on every platform. Do not repeatedly place duplicate orders when a rider is delayed.
