Recent store reviews report planning and live-data errors, so compare a complicated route with Google Maps and confirm major disruptions at a station. Visitors can buy the anonymous basic tullave card at TransMilenio stations and portals. It works on TransMilenio and zonal SITP buses, but lacks personalized-card benefits such as balance recovery. In Medellín, buy the physical Cívica Eventual card at an authorized Metro sales point. It is specifically intended for tourists and occasional riders and supports integrated Metro, tram, cable and participating bus travel. Do not assume that the Cívica digital wallet is the easiest visitor route: its local financial integrations add account and identity friction that a physical card avoids. Cali, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Pereira and other cities have separate operators, fares and payment arrangements.
