Yandex Go is convenient when it is already installed for rides and offers restaurant and shop delivery where the address is inside a supported zone. Use the Yandex Go app itself rather than installing a separate Yandex Eats app. Coverage is concentrated in cities and can change by neighborhood, time and merchant.
A city appearing in a directory does not mean a yurt camp, mountain guesthouse or outlying property can receive delivery. Pin the exact entrance, add a simple landmark and keep the phone reachable because couriers may call in Russian or Kyrgyz. Ask the accommodation whether outside delivery is accepted.
