Uzum Tezkor is the leading local service. Uzbekistan's competition authority recognized it as dominant in April 2025. The operator reported service in 25 cities, more than 2,600 partners, more than 7,000 couriers and use by 56 percent of surveyed respondents during 2025. Yandex Eats is the main challenger in Tashkent and other large cities. Express24 remains a recognizable local app after Yandex acquired its assets in 2024; the combined Yandex Eats and Express24 position was projected at 87.5 percent during October 2024, but that projection should not be treated as a current order share. Uzum Tezkor covers Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, Andijan, Fergana and many regional centres. English support is limited across all three, with Russian or Uzbek more dependable. An Uzbek SIM is strongly recommended. Cash is the safest visitor method because international Visa or Mastercard support varies by app, bank and merchant. No local ID or bank account is needed for a cash order. Uzum Tezkor and Express24 are usually cheaper than Yandex Eats during promotions as of mid-2026. Delivery commonly costs about UZS 5,000 to UZS 25,000 before service and small-order fees as of mid-2026. Wolt is obsolete because it ended Uzbekistan service on March 5, 2026. Uber Eats, Glovo, foodpanda and Deliveroo do not operate.
