Visit Japan Web is an official browser service, not an app. Eligible travelers can prepare immigration and customs information and display the required 2D codes on a smartphone or tablet. For hotels, attractions and tours, verify unexpected passport-upload or payment links inside the original booking platform or through an independently published contact. Save booking references, addresses and insurance details offline. No generic travel-booking app is required for entry.
