The app is available in English, accepts foreign phone numbers and does not require Montenegrin ID or a local bank account. Foreign Visa and Mastercard cards normally work, while cash availability can vary by merchant. Add a second card or keep euros because issuer verification can still fail. Glovo has no national app rival with comparable verified coverage. Its final cost includes distance-based delivery and may include service or small-order fees. A live Podgorica listing showed delivery charges from EUR 0.99 to EUR 1.29 for several restaurants as of July 2026, but fees vary by address and demand. Compare the restaurant's own menu when practical because in-app prices can be higher. In Budva, Kotor, Tivat and Herceg Novi, summer congestion can lengthen delivery times and move the handoff point away from a pedestrian old town. Put the exact gate or accommodation name in the note and meet the courier where vehicles can stop. Uber Eats, Wolt, foodpanda and Bolt Food are absent as of July 2026. Outside the seven named cities, direct phone or messaging orders are more realistic than an app.
