Wolt entered Romania through the Tazz transition and now lists 35 cities on its Romanian storefront. Wolt is therefore the practical successor, not an additional app to install alongside an active Tazz service.524
The transfer is not a perfect archive. Wolt says users can continue through the migration flow, but previous Tazz order history does not move into Wolt. Save any receipt or support record still needed from an old order before relying on the new account.5
Wolt names 35 Romanian cities and Glovo publishes a wide national directory. Neither list proves that a particular restaurant reaches your street. Enter the full address first because distance, merchant radius, opening hours and current courier supply all shape the live catalogue.47
Bolt Food also decides availability from the selected address and currently open merchants. Use it as a genuine third comparison, especially when the other apps show a long estimate or a higher fee, but do not assume the Bolt ride app contains food ordering because Bolt Food is separate.10
Uber's last Romania-specific Eats announcement records the former service ending in June 2020. No relaunch announcement appeared in its current Romanian newsroom when checked on 24 August 2026. Localized support and download pages still exist. They do not prove a relaunch.31
For an apartment, add the block, staircase or entrance, floor, apartment number and intercom code in the delivery notes. Place the map pin on the door a courier can actually reach. At a hotel, confirm whether reception accepts delivery or whether you must meet outside.6

For a missing item, delay or failed handoff, open support from the active order so the platform can see the merchant, courier, payment and timeline. Wolt offers in-app customer support, and Glovo's terms route order issues through its platform process.68
Do not send extra card details, move payment to a private link or cancel a live order because somebody contacts you outside the app. If an order genuinely needs to be changed, make the change through the platform or support so the receipt and refund trail remain intact.68
If all three apps fail at the address, ask the hotel or host for a restaurant that takes direct phone or web orders and confirm delivery range, total price and payment before ordering.47
For a new delivery, use Wolt. The former Tazz marketplace has been absorbed into it, so Tazz is not a separate fourth service.
