Do not install Viber automatically unless an accommodation, driver or other local contact provides a Viber number. Keep ordinary calling, SMS, email and the original booking platform as fallbacks. Save the accommodation, ferry operator, insurer, bank, embassy and transfer contacts before a travel day. A message claiming that a hotel, ferry or tour payment account changed should be verified through an independently published number or the original booking platform.
